Every Interior Design partnership is finalised via a signed Memorandum of Understanding — commission, payout timelines and coverage are agreed one-on-one with the Ziloxis desk. No public rate card.

From referral to payout

Requirements

  • • Floor plan / possession letter
  • • Client budget bracket + style preference

Do's

  • Introduce the actual decision-maker (usually spouse pair for homes, admin head for offices)
  • Share possession date — drives our production calendar

Don'ts

  • Do NOT commit per-sqft fit-out rates without our BOQ-desk sizing
  • Do NOT accept advances from client on Ziloxis' behalf

Do you handle both design + execution?+

Yes — the same PO covers concept, 3D visualisation, BOQ lock-in, procurement, execution and hand-over. Commercials are defined once in the MoU.
