1. Acceptance

2. Nature of listings
Property, HR, IT, CBG, Solar, EV and Bio-Fuels information on the site is indicative. Prices, availability and specifications may change without notice. Nothing on ziloxis.com constitutes a binding offer — every transaction is finalised via a signed MoU or agreement.
3. Pricing & taxes
All prices and rate cards on the site are exclusive of GST. Applicable GST, stamp duty, registration, RERA levy and third-party charges are billed extra as per statute.
4. Partner referrals
Channel-partner commercials, tiers and payout windows are editorial and each engagement is locked via a Partner MoU. Attribution runs on a 90-day window from first submission — the partner who submits a lead first keeps attribution, subject to client confirmation and the MoU.
5. Payments
Any online payment on ziloxis.com is processed by Razorpay under their PCI-DSS-compliant gateway. Refunds, disputes and chargebacks follow Razorpay policy plus any MoU-specific terms between you and ZILOXIS.
6. User conduct
- Do not upload false, defamatory, infringing or illegal content.
- Do not attempt to disrupt the service, scrape at scale or bypass auth.
- Do not solicit users of the platform outside sanctioned channels.
7. Intellectual property
All trademarks, logos, copy, design and code on ziloxis.com are owned by ZILOXIS PRIVATE LIMITED. Any use beyond personal browsing needs written consent.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, ZILOXIS is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction.
